Will Someone Tell Me What This Is Please!!?

I didn't think it required pics, do tell if it does.
I felt it and there is some fleshy fat stuff in her earlobe, kind of like a strip of it not a blob. Her behavior is normal.
It lost some of it's color so it's turning pink.
What is it and what can I do about it?
*Sorry for changing the title, I'm just trying to get your guy's attention. By the way her earlobes used to be red red red so the pink is unusual, not meaning she's going to lay since she's laying huge ones anyways.*
