Will Sulmet harm chicks if they don't have cocci?

Hi. I have a chick that is acting lethargic (puffed, eyes closed, etc) that is about 2 weeks old. I put Sulmet in ALL of my chicks' waterer. If the chick(s) actually don't have cocci, will the Sulmet harm them?

By the way, I can pick up Corid tomorrow. I wanted to act fast in case this is cocci because I've dealt with it before. Can the chicks be on Sulmet for less than 14 hours until I pick up Corid? Will they be okay if they actually don't have cocci?

No one knows? Also, the chick will actually be on the Sulmet for 23 hours, about. I'm getting the Corid today.
