Will the chicks be safe????

My hen is currently laying on some fertilized eggs, if and when they hatch will my other hens be nice to the chicks?????

I would quarantine the broody mama and her babes, maybe until they are fledged out. A nice safe enclosed area will protect against predators and allow mama to raise the chicks without interference or being bothered by the other chickens. Means a little extra chores, but you won't need to worry about the chicks getting enough to eat or getting squashed accidentally. They won't need a lamp or anything, either!
