Will the New BYC work with Dial Up Service?

Hello all,

I was contacted via email from a fellow member that is having problems staying logged in since the new BYC update.

He has MSN dialup service.

So my question is, will the new BYC create problems for the Dial Up users?

The inability to log-in shouldn't have anything to do with the speed of the connection or staying logged in. Some others have reported this and we're looking into it.

One thing he can try: Leave the site and then clear the browser cache / browser temp files and then come back and login.

I'm not on dial up...I'm actually on high speed DSL and yet I was being kicked off constantly earlier today. Doing as Rob said fixed my problem.

I have dial up and so far I've had no problems.

I emailed him with the suggestions.

I was thinking, do you think it would help if he went to Preferences and selected, hide avatar, signatures and right side of screen (can't remember what they called it)

I would think any of that could slow things up with dial up ???

Turns out another member here found out that he is using MSN thru his TV. Now I have no idea how to help him.
