... and sing that to the "should I stay or should I go" ditty tune...

Anyway, here they are - 11 week old golden laced wyandottes. Should I expect eggs? Or serenades?

Personally I think they look like hens. Funny thing is right as I read the title I sang it to the "should I stay or should I go" and then saw your description and about died!! hahahahaha:lau

Heee, heee, heeee!!! It was singing through my head when I came up with it, and it rhymed so well I just had to write it. I suppose I coulda/shoulda named the thread "should I lay or should I crow" - so it's good to see someone else was singing it, too.

I think they all look like pullets. Hopefully, I am right, but there is that biggest one. Look at the saddle and see if there are any spikes of feathers coming in and are the neck (hackles) pointy or rounded? If there are spikes and they hackles are pointy, then you have one boy in there. That would be good if you can have roos though.

OK, here's an update on my girls - pix taken last night - they're 15 weeks old now (almost a month from the last batch of pix of them). I feel pretty confident they're gonna lay instead of crow.
