Last fall out chickens were beautiful, not a feather missing. After a cold winter and I am sure a lot of stress they look like they have mange. Feathers missing on their rear ends, a bare ring around the tail feathers and even breast feathers missing. We treated them during the winter - they never bloodied each other that we can tell. Anyway - will the feathers return? They look so pitiful. They are great layers and never slowed down during the coldest of times. I am hoping that getting back outside and some fresh air will turn things around. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks, Gram

Sounds like they're due for a molt anytime soon. One day you'll go out & find a feather explosion. They'll stop laying during the molt & probably won't all molt at the same time.
