Has the chorio-allantoic membrane spread over the entire inside of the egg yet? If so, that's pretty normal.

Have you been turning them at least three times a day? If so, it should be fine. One day of missing turning them for awhile won't hurt.

Agreed, one day of missed turning shouldn't really hurt them. I had 4 hatch out of a batch (of 24) that did not turn at all, the entire incubation. Of course, I spent good money on those eggs, too (naturally). Learned the very important lesson to verify the automatic turner is actually turning, at various points in the day.
