Will They Take It?

Hello,

Will hens take in eggs that is from the incubator on their first day of setting? Just wondering because I want to give them more eggs to sit on : )

Read all of this. I think you should make sure the hen is really broody by waiting 2 or three days, then isolate her in a pen big enough for the hen, her nest, water, food, and a bit of walking around area so she won't foul the nest. You should move her and her nest at night. If she's still broody the third day, on the third night slip some eggs under her! Best wishes!
