Will this cross make sex linked chicks?

I know nothing about genetics and sex link chicks. I have somebody who wants to know if a White Plymouth Rock rooster over Rhode Island Red hens will make a sex linked chIck? Sorry To Ask such a dumb question!

I think it has to be the reverse. I know with brahmas light male over buff female doesn't produce sex linked birds. Buff male over light female does create sex linked birds.

Not all white PR's are created equal
but assuming recessive white hiding basic barred rock
in my experience they will all be dark,(Black or grey with red leakage) barred birds
