x2. There a bunch of them that fly and land in an area by my house in the country. When I see them, I pull over on the side of the road and get out of the car and just watch them for as long as I can. I wish that I could have some.

If you guys have ponds they might come. I don't even have a pond! Hes just here. He doesn't sleep in the barn but he sleeps outside the door. He lets me get about 2 feet away. He isn't scared at all.

That is so cool, we have a mt. river down below our home and they do come down there some times, but they don't nest because the river flows to fast and there really isn't a safe place for them, but a couple of years ago we had a pair come up to our home and visit for a couple of hours, don't tell anyone but I gave them some scratch, they ate and laid around for a while then flew off. It's the quitest I have ever seen my goose. lol
