Off the turner an turn by hand till a duck hatches an it starts turning them.

I took my auto egg turner out of the bator on 18th day, and then started hand turning the eggs until realized I was not supposed to be turning them PERIOD. I had a great hatch rate, but it was a late, and a slow hatch. So, if you can prevent it, do so. Like the others said before, the eggs coming a few days later will be turned simply by your 4/11 hatchlings moving around.
