Will This Work As Walls?

Tin is typically 26" wide. It's supposed to be 24"/2ft each sheet, with a 2" overlap. Did you overlap the sheets???

The only place mine leaks is where one of the sheets is bent on the part that overlaps - might be getting some of that black tarry stuff for it, dunno. It doesn't seem to bother the birds coz it's the opposite side of their roost.

yes I did overlap the sheets.....maybe not enough though. Thanks for the answers everyone!!! It's worth a shot rather than dropping 100 bucks on ply wood when i have a stack of these out in the yard.

You shouldn't use the foam insulation board exposed in a coop. It is caustic and it kills chickens and since it's styrofoam they will eat it. Apparently regular old styrofoam - while not good for them is not "poisonous" - the foam insulation board is. I know someone who lost half their flock this way.

sorry I wasn't typing what I meant. I have had experience with chickens pecking at the foam as well. I would be putting up a barrier of some sort.
