I dont know if this is the right place for this post but this is the best i could find.

My girl was recently attacked by a dog while my family was out, she is fine but her bottom back feathers were ripped out. She is staying in a cage in my moms room, and I am giving her treatment for it, she is acting completely normal and i want her to go outside during the day, but im scared my chickens will eat her back, would one of these hen aprons work for her until her feathers are grown back??

Yes, that would work fine. Can you post a clearer picture of her back? If there are no open wounds, they probably won't attack her.

Its really bad, they 100% probably will attack her without a cover.

I had a hen that was way worse than that, and she was okay. Even if you get the saddle, I would still keep her separated from the flock for most of the time.

What have you done to treat her so far?

Im currently using the spray pictured below. We bought it for another hen who got attacked but we never got to use it because she passed before we got home, we couldnt afford the other protectors at the time so we had to go for a cheaper alternative
