yes it should work fine in an incubator. I'm using one that is meant for up on a wall. as long as it's accurate anything will work.

That ad copy is kind of misleading, as the picture at the top of the page shows a compact unit with a humidity reading, but the picture and instructions at the bottom of the page show a bulkier unit although it apparently has the same functions. I use a unit like the one shown at the top. If you do get one like this please note that the remote probe only senses "outside" temperature. In order to read humidity with that type unit the entire thing has to be inside the incubator.
