Hubby and I got engaged on Valentine's Day. Cliche, I know. He surprised me by pretending the car broke down right in front of my church. Then called me to come get him. As we were walking into the church to get warm, he got down on one knee. Very romantic

My now husband was driving down the road and he said, "here", and handed me a ring box as he continued to drive.
I opened it and it was an engagement ring. I handed it back and said, "no, that's not how you ask."
So, he pulled off the road and said, "will you marry me?" I said, "ok, I will literally never forget the way you did this..."
We've been married for 21 years last October.

I plan on making Crab Legs, baked potatoes, and Angel Food Cake with strawberries for supper for my husband, our 3 boys and I on Valentines evening.

He hasn't much redeemed himself since then, lol.
He bought me an potato peeler/cutter for Christmas one year.
He got me a Breast Cancer ribbon cake for my Birthday in November, so it was also old cake from October.
He has bought me tons of gifts that he wanted, but not me.
Lol, I buy my own gifts now and tell him what he got me.
