Yesssss on the socialization. Sooooo important with any dog but ESPECIALLY a guard breed.

Yes, but I need to get better ones because she's not crazy about the ones we have

I'm trying to teach her to walk on the leash, she follows me but as soon as there's a leash and she's outside she just sits and won't move, any suggestions?

I agree. We leave a leash on ours when free roaming until they are potty trained and behaving.
Denver has her leash on till about 4 months and Tucker had his on till 7

Yes, especially guard dog breeds. We messed up on socialization with our GSD so it's very important to me.
