I, like you was helped when i was having a hard time, but it was w/ my chickens. Now i spend alot of time in the disease section helping out and giving back to people who need me help.

I would like to nominate Schultz. She has tought me so much since I met her at the BYC Indiana Chickenstock in 2009. Everytime I thought something was wrong with my birds I could just give her a call and she would tell me what to do. When my little OEGB Coal (RIP) that I had bought at the Chickenstock had a little respitory thing going on she told me to come over and get some tylan for my little girl. She gave me several things to help my flock out and even more helpful gave me tons of advice. I've gotten her into showing birds which is really fun! She took BV and BB with her little Mille Fluer D'uccle Mr. Slippers at her first show!

She was the host of the 2009 Indiana Chickenstock. She spent so much time and effort for preparing for the big day. When the day came she made sure everything was perfect and it was!

This is why I nominate Schultz for the 6 month GFM.

I nominate Farmerlor and Writer of Words. They both do amazing things with babies. Farmerlor works (currently or used to) as a foster parent with sick babies teaching parents how to care for them and Writer of Words donates her time teaching kids how to crochet and they donate all the caps and stuff they make to preemies and chemo patients at their local hospital etc. Awesome work!!! I just think a 6 month GFM would be a cool way to say we appreciate them!
