I see many people posting about super cold temperatures in their region and also the idea of bringing power to a remote coop. If you live in an area with strong winds (avg 12 to 15 mph/ yr), wind may be a possible option. With a battery backup system, these Zefr turbines could be designed to accommodate you. Cheaply??? Probably not.
