Wing Bands for the chicks

Hello, wich wing bands do you guys use and how do you put them on the chicks, if possible with pictures,

I use bands from National Band and Tag - US based company. I use their Zip tags, many use their Jiffy tags. I get them personalized so I know I never get my birds back without me knowing. The following link shows the tags and how to put them on (with pics).
