Wing clipping

I let my 4 girls free range when I'm home to keep an eye on them and last evening my beautiful Easter egger (pullet) hopped on our fence! Our neighbor has 2 dogs that look at our girls like tasty treats..

I think I need to clip her wing to keep her safe, but my question is..they love roosting on top of their coop (in a secure run) on these humid warm nights and I just want to make sure if I clip, she can still hop up there with her buddies. The coop has two roof tops..one is about belly button height (I'm 5'7) and the one they roost on is about upper chest height.

I think clipping her wings might prevent her from being able to get up onto the roost but maybe you can put a ramp or something that can easily get her up there.
