at what age should you clip their wings?

I just clipped the wings on my 15 week olds since they have learned how to fly out of the run and it is not a good idea for them to do that here as we have hawks in our area. BE VERY CAREFUL and just take enough off the one side to make them uneven when they fly. We have done this for years to our chickens.
