Wing defects

Half of my summer batch of chicks seem to have a wing deformity. The "shoulder" of the wing doesn't lie very flat to their body, the flight feathers are twisted, and the end of the wing is sort of bent under so the flight feathers actually stick up over the back of the chick. It makes me think of basically club foot but in wing form. One has it very badly, three have it to a lesser degree. Those that have it have it on both wings. It's been developing over the last two weeks as they grow (a month old) and getting worse.

I raised three full siblings and 3 half siblings in the spring and didn't have this issue.

Pics of the worst one below.

Parents are bantam cochin roo, pure D'uccle and D'uccle/silkie cross hens.

The eggs were incubated under hens and they had two weeks of 90+ degree weather during incubation and took a few days longer than I expected to hatch. More unsteady than normal as newborns maybe, but otherwise normal.

Is this genetic? Too hot during embryo development? Vitamin deficiency of some sort?
