The lady I bought her from said I can bring get back, but I don't want to do that if it's not necessary. What are your thoughts? Here are some pics of her.

I don't see what's wrong with it...
Is it just that there's that feather missing? If so, it should grow in later fine.

Yes, it looks as there’s just a missing feather. Is it harming in any way? If not she should be fine.

That should grow back in, if not it is nothing to fear. Birds do not need all of their feathers to fly, they need majority of the feathers. If the peep is not in pain then there is nothing to worry about.:)

She's a little skittish, and she doesn't roost or hop up on the sides ofthe brooder like the others. Other than that she seems fine. Doesn't seem like she is in pain at all, but my concern is that it is split- wing. I don't want that to be passed down.

Here is a quote
Yea, I wouldn't worry about it at this point, since the feathers are just starting to come in. Split wing is common in Silkies (unfortunately), which I breed. I don't start even looking for it until they're feathered out and after that it will sometimes fix itself after they complete other juvenile molts. I just keep an eye them and select accordingly.

I've seen that in chicks fairly often, I think it is just those bottom ones grow in so fast they get heavy and appear to split at that age. I wouldn't be surprised that in a day or two, it is completely filled in.

Thanks everyone. I decided to just keep her. Hopefully she outgrows whatever it is.
