I have 4 Buff Oprington girls currently going through a molt (mini-molt?). They are approximately 16 weeks old and there are feathers everywhere! I have a question about new feather development. On one of my girls the wing feathers look stringy. Is this a normal development stage?

I've not seen exactly that, but they will replace their wing feathers too. I wouldn't worry.
