Wing injury?

Not sure how my cream legbar sustained this injury...she is molting, is this bullying from other chickens or something else? We are still fairly new to the chicken world (2yrs)...any feedback would be appreciated. We have pulled her from her sisters and put her in a separate pen for healing...

It is possible one of the chickens pecked the feather, or she bumped into something resulting in hemorrhage. Pin feathers are quite fragile, and sensitive and possess capillary-like action, which often results in a lot of bleeding. I would try to wash off some of the blood with some saline to discourage further pecking of the area. Feather picking in chickens is often correlated with boredom. Adding feeders, waterers, putting logs in the pen, bales of hay, etc can help reduce such behavior.

Thank you good suggestions. I feel like they have lots of space and we put logs, branches from the Xmas tree, squash halves, etc in the run to keep them entertained. However, with the weather they haven’t had as much free roaming time. We need to find some other toys... I have also noticed her pecking at her injured wing- should I wrap it to prevent further injury?

I would not wrap it for the reason that pin feathers are sensitive, and since they're still growing that may prove a further irritation to her. Her pecking at the feather is an indication of pain, which is normal with pin feather injuries due to the abundance of nerves near them.
