They're pretty dirty... I'm a little concerned about putting these in my coop. She's npip certified but still.

I just went ahead and put the 5 cleanest on the nest. They're pretty big eggs!

She was on the nest when I got home but heard me let everyone out to free range and came out. Gave me a chance to put them there.

I'm going to laugh if she ignores them and chooses a different nest with a single wooden egg on it....

Very nice and a variety of speckles and some darker ones. I agree..that heavy bloom is lovely. I'm assuming these girls are along in their lay cycle a bit so true color may be a bit darker than these which is normal.
