Wing Pecked Chicks?

Anyone have any wing pecked chicks? Was just wondering what I need to do to deter this. I am hoping the large playpen will be enough to deter further the pecking. They pecked in the small bins at TSC.

At $1 each I figured they would be worth a try. They were golden comets and maybe red sex link.

Last time I got chicks I paid full price and there was no injuries or other health issues.I blue koted their wings a bit more. Any other suggestions???

I think more room makes a world of difference. If you already have blukote you are doing everything right. Another thing you can do is to add something to peck at like an old log or some alfalfa (although for alfalfa they should have had access to some grit/sand)
