Wing sexing?

Bought 3 - 7-8 day old chicks. 2 Gold Laced Wyandottes and 1 Silkie. Any guesses? Just curious.

These aren’t breeds that can be wing sexed usually. Wing sexing can only be done of chicks whose fathers are fast feathering breeds and mothers are slow feathering breeds.

Also, at this point they would be too old to do wing sexing.

As has been stated none of those breeds can be wing sexed, not that it works at a week old anyway. However I can say for sure none of the birds pictured is a silkie.

How would you know?

These breeds are not feather sexable, and even if they were they’re too old for it.

Agreed, if you post a full body pick we might be able to help with breeds, but there isn’t a silkie in that group.
