Her posture suggests to me she is "squatting" for you. That means she is being submissive to you. It's usually triggered by approaching her from above. Some think it's a signal she is coming into fertility and may be laying soon. However, this posture is also common when a hen is fearful of being attacked from above, whether by a rooster, human, or hawk.
She's probably signaling to you that she will be presenting you with an egg very soon.
