Kelii was at a river, silently contemplating this whole ordeal. Everything from the exact moment her parents were snatched up, to now. She couldn't piece together how come it had to happen to her. 'Why me?' She thought. 'Because, you were the one we chose to be with. Do you really think that Antisocial Atem would just be nice to you for no reason? We have a connection. From the mass trauma that we've all been through. You, Atem, Aunt Ruhe, and me. We are generally of one mind.' Kelii turned around and Taube was right behind her. 'Oh, hi Taube.' 'What's wrong? If it weren't for our connection, I never would have found you out here. So, what's up? Atem and Aunt Ruhe can easily be tuned out if you want this to be private.' 'Taube, it's nothing. It's just... more than a year ago, I was first in this world. In one year, I've been in so much sadness, and trauma, and too many near-death experiences for me to want to remember. Not long after I first joined Wingclan, there was... a slight glitch in the berry gathering, and I accidently ate more than a few death berries. I almost died, and all I wanted was something to eat. That day was rather rainy, too. It was horrible. Almost as bad as when you fell from that tree.' Taube shuddered at the memory of her fall. 'Kelii, whatever happened to your parents? If you feel like talking about them.' Kelii sighed. 'It was the exact day that I was born. Less than an hour after it, to be honest. I had just been named and everything, I was the only egg to have survived. And...' Kelii was trying desperately not to cry. 'And then... then a fox came and snatched up my parents, Aqua and Lirio. I never saw them again. But, remember that one fox that I went all out on to kill? He was the one who killed my parents. I remembered that exact black spot under his ear.' She started crying. 'I miss them so much, Taube. So much, it hurts all over to think about them.'
