The shadow-thing attacked Kelii as she flung herself in its general direction. Kelii fought it with an iron will. She pulled up her signature flat rock, ready to slice. She gasped as the shadow thing came out of the dark and its eyes seemed to glow. It was a twoleg, alright, and the sucker had a gun. Kelii sliced at -she noted it was a boy- his ankles, then flew up to his neck area and slashed there, too. He cried out, and fired off a round by accident, the bullet flying up into the sky.

CycloneTail saw the human and charged at him, wicked claws first. He pinned them into the man's neck and began to tear everything in front of him, including his throat. The rooster lowered his spurs and dug them into his chest, not too far from his heart, causing rapid blood loss.

The twoleg aimed his gun best he could, and fired straight at Kelii, who was now on the ground, slicing away at his ankles and looking for the vein. He tried to say something, and so did Kelii, who was now bleeding rather profusely. The man fell to the ground, but not before he took one last breath as a sign of death. Kelii stumbled for a moment, then fell on the ground in a heap similar to the heap the man had fallen in.

Her countenance soon brightened and she replied cheerfully, "Sure! That's very nice of you." She then folded her wings neatly and fell into their stride.

The three of them soon reached the berry patch and Rainpaw began stuffing his face "Hey!" Dovepaw called "The Clan has to be fed first!"

Moon stifled a snigger, "C'mon Rain!" she said as she began plucking berries and dropping them into the cradle of her wings.
