I've never seen half the poisonous snakes, insects or fish either. I live, remember, smack bang in the middle of the city where you'd be hard-pressed to find a patch of grass, let alone a poisonous snake.

Although we do get redbacks around the place, those toxic red spiders. Gotta keep away from those.
