"First," he held up a flight feather on his outstretched wing. "You have to promise to stop throwing sharp and heavy objects at my head. Friends don't kill each other." he grinned. "Promise?"

I cannot describe Bloodwing's expression. It would be something like this: O.O

"I dunno," he shrugged. "You could always try yelling my name. If I recall correctly, you didn't try that last time," a smile played on his beak. You could always ask her to give you a big smooch his mind offered, but Bloodwing managed to bite the words and shut his beak before they came out.
