Silvermist kept one wary eye on the hawk above as she joined Crystalpaw. "We need to get him under cover, can you help me move him?" Gently, she clamped her beak on one of the rooster's wings and began to drag him into the safety of a dense set of bushes.

"I don't know," Silvermist mumbled, mouth full of feathers. Finally, she had managed to drag the rooster under the shelter of the bushes, where it was shady and hidden from the midday sun. "Be careful," she whispered to Starshine, and drew a wing to point at the hawk in a nearby tree.
