Good question! I'll have the chance to examine the packaging when the fish arrive, maybe then I can figure out how it all works.

They put the fish in bag with water, pad it with paper and put about two heat packs in the box, then either they ship in in a cooler inside a box, or just ship it in a box.

Leastways that's how i've seen it done. >.>

Nawww, everything's fine here. Other than the fact that my fish shipped in the mail and I'm extremely nervous about them, I'm okay.
