WingClan, a Chicken clan ЯР--> 'Fly with the breeze'

WillowBreeze trudged through WC, looking down at the ground with half closed eyes. She was somewhat of a mess, as her feathers were dusty and dirty. She had a blank exspression, and seemed to be in deep thought. So many guilt stricken throughts swam in her head, so many regrets, torturing her mind. She had betrayed two clans in one simple day, and now her life was in danger, all because of her stupidity.

"That's not exactly old news," Shadewing said carefully, his long strides making it possible for him to catch up to Rosedapple easily. "I suppose Deathstorm told you, or you saw us together," he looked sideways at her, and with a cold sigh, realized that she wouldn't believe him, no matter what his excuse. "You're right in the fact that I'm not worthy of trust, but consider this," he turned to face her, expression serious and challenging. "If I was working for the Shadows--I could have killed you right here and now," he fell back, leaving her to take the route back to the camp.

Icerose yawned and opened her eyes slowly. She looked around warily, then noticed the shadow. "W-what?" She asked, tilting her head. "N-Nightwhisper?"

There was a frightened peep and the shadow dropped behind a nearby tree. Slowly, the bird peered around the corner of the giant oak, two wide, yellow eyes staring at Icerose in fright. "I--I'm sorry," the apprentice said, her voice high-pitched. "I w-was wondering if you could tell me where to get some water?"

"It's okay," Icerose replied, glad it was only an apprentice. "You can get water from the river," She yawned. "Do you know where it is?"

Rosedapple considered this. She might believe him, but she wouldn't trust him very much. She continued, still looking for Nightwhisper.

The young pullet looked embarrassed, and she came out from behind the tree with her gaze firmly directed at her feet. "No, I--I don't," she said. "I'm new to Wingclan--the warriors have been bringing water for me, but I'm thirsty and wanted to g--get some myself."

Nightwhisper could be seen in the distance, his dark form illuminated purple by the setting sun.

The pullet peeped happily, relieved, and bounded off after Icerose, the walnut shell clutched under one wing. "I'm sorry I had to wake you," she said apologetically, taking in all the sights of the camp as they walked. "I thought maybe you were awake."

Icerose nodded. "It's okay,I needed to wake up anyway," She continued to walk towards the river, the drowsiness from earlier gone. Once they arrived, she looked around, still smiling. "Well, here we are," She said gently to the pullet.
