Wings and tail down and lethargic

I have a hen that is about a year old. She has been walking around with wings down for sometime but no other symptoms, until yesterday. We found her laying down and not wanting to move. I took her inside and noticed that instead of standing up, she would start tipping to the side. She has lost a bit of weight.
What I have done so far:
Isolated her
Poultry cell In water
Mash
Baby food

After giving baby food, she started to eat a bit on her own and can stand up. However, nothing else has changed.

When is the last time she laid if you know? If it's been a couple days, she could be egg-bound except that usually doesn't last as long as you say she's not been acting right.

Has she been on layer pellets or all flock and eating/drinking fine?

Have you noticed anything strange with her poop? Any possible mites/lice? Check butt well.

I am not sure how long it has been since she laid last. I did feel around for a possible egg stuck and found nothing. Her poop is a little liquidity but I don't think it is too concerning. She is currently on layer and no mites or visible works or anything.
She wasn't eating well yesterday but that seems to have picked up today.
Her butt is also clear.
