NightWings with mind reading powers are taught how to shut out dragon’s rambling minds when there are too many voices, like rain, or fade the sounds to background noise. When a dragon is thinking right in front of you, it’s pretty hard to ignore, though.
Usually people can’t think of a million things at once, and it’s more one thing to the next- mind reading dragons can hear thoughts and see what the other is imagining.
Some dragons are taught to block mind reading, you have to think of nothing, focus of describing something around you, or think hard about something random and describe it in your mind.
Animus dragons can’t read minds unless they give themselves the power to.

Oh, sorry if this is a lot.. I’ve just narrowed NightWing powers down in my mind cause it’s confusing and want to get it right. 😅

"Yes." She answered vaguely, locking eyes with her sister. She watched her awkwardly for a minute, then turned away again. "Unfortunately, I have terrible news." Reva admitted, taking a step forward, slowly scraping her talons across the marble terrace. "There's a fire. In the rainforest." She eyed Blackflower, waiting for a reaction. "We aren't sure who or what set it, but it's spreading quite rapidly, towards the RainWing kingdom."


(@Blue Raptor, what if Brightscales sent Reva to ask Blackflower if she could send the weaker RainWings (the young and old) to the Night Kingdom temporarily for their safety?)

Lol ok, I don’t know much about nightwings 😂 I just thought it sounded cool 😆
