“Of course, yes.” Venom nodded. “Here? Or did you have somewhere else in mind?” She asked, watching Fae hover.
“Thank you again, Mayfly .” Myrtle was now in the queens chamber, and was ready to tell her about what had really happened. “Queen Pollen, there’s something I need to tell you.”
The three guards turned and left, leaving Myrtle to the queen’s royal guard.
"Where ever you will feel comfortable, dear. I wish to learn more about your continent, and I am sure you must want to learn more from me on Pyrrhia. Of course," she waved a talon vaguely at the soldier's mingling quietly throughout the Kingdom, "we would not want to frighten anyone... A third continent with other... Dragons can be quite unsettling."
“Your majesty . I have come to talk to you about what your daughter did not do” was Myrtle ‘s simple reply when she entered the grand room.
Venom held back a smirk. Fae was playing it sweet. She could read her because Venom played the game called life similarly. Fae, though, probably went a little more into the role of being being trustworthy to everyone than Venom cared to admit she did.
Pollen rubbed her eyes quickly as she turned to meet the newcomer. She sniffed and took a deep breath. “What do you mean?” She said in a thoroughly used voice.
“I mean” myrtle said in a gentle voice, “ Cicada did not kill the queen. Nobody did. She died of old age.”
“So is Flytrap taking back her demand?” Pollen said, her eyes shining hopefully.
