Absolutely! My jaw hurts like crap though from the dentist so I might not be the greatest rn.
Aphono nodded to Venom and proudly slunk off into the crowd. he stuck to the shadows and alleyways as not to draw attention, after all no one had ever seen a four eyed dragon resembling a spider before.
He quickly spun a thick strand of white silk and wrapped it around his farther back pair of eyes, then rubbed sandy dirt into the patterns that differed from everyone else here. He hated only having two eyes to see with, it was like seeing only half of the world. He kept far back enough that Fae and the ice dragon wouldnāt notice him, yet close enough to hear what they were saying.
"So, like, does your name change, or are you still Fae?" Said the ice dragon, who somehow looked different than he had the day before. But Fae had disappeared into a rug stand and hadnāt came out. The owner of the shop he assumed, came out a moment later and began chatting with the ice dragon like theyād known each other their whole lives. āMaybe Sandwings are very social? Her voice thoughā¦it sounds strangely familiar.ā He thought, trying hard to place it even though he knew he couldnāt. Heād taken in so much information and met so many dragons lately that heād lost count of things. āWhere are you Faeā¦ā
Fae sauntered down the crowded streets, Leif following closely behind.
Leif fell into a daze as dragons shouted to each other, a few trying to catch his gaze and motion him over to their stands. He kept his head down, giving any dragon who caught his eye a cool look.
Fae eventually stopped at a large, lovely shop, filled with glass, some tinted all kinds of colors. Leif squinted, amazed at how flat and evenly the glass lay.
A large golden red SkyWing, stood up quickly, from the corner of the store, swaying slightly as he made his way towards them in a hurried, unsteady manner.
"Ah, welcome, welcome, you." He exclaimed. The SkyWing extended his talons, thousands of tiny beaded bracelets adorning his wrists. His long, jeweled earrings jingled together as he motioned around the shop. "Is this- Oh goodness, umm," he glanced behind Leif, "gosh, well, SeaWing Queen? Seen one lately?"
A bit surprised, Leif shrugged, "Nope."
"Oh, boy, brilliant. Boy. I thought you were... Uh,
the darkstalker," the SkyWing wiggled his claws forlornly in Leif's direction as he rolled his eyes, turning to leave.
"Ruewen, I am Queen Fae," Fae scoffed, extending her talon, her wrists scales rippling back to SeaWing color.
"Oh. Liar." Ruewen poked Leif in chest. "GOOD GOSH, man, you are flipping cold, MAN.
āGosh." The SkyWing licked his ringed fingers.
Fae gave him an expected look.
Ruewen rolled his eyes, then smirked. "Alright, it's this way."
