Wings of Fire ~The RP: The Three Continents

Aloe puffed out her cheeks, blowing out softly. "That'd- that'd be great, actually. Let's just get it over with."

"OH, GOOD GOSH. HOLY shhahh-HAH...ahmoly. The hack are you?!" Aloe demanded, stumbling away from the eight eyed beast. "WAT ARE YOU. Good gravy. Golly. Whaaauttt?" Aloe breathed, stunned.
Tawny looked around for a stick or something to make a splint with before she heard Aloe start yelling. She turned not sure what was happening as Aloe stumbled away from the new dragon. "Um, I think you might want to sit down." she laughed softly as she stepped towards Aloe holding out a talon to help her sit.

Aloe's stomach flipped when she noticed the blood spattering the ground. Ruewen's careless attitude had comforted her. But Ruewen was always always careless. Maybe this was serious. Gosh.
Aloe pushed herself up against a building wall, slumping down against the sandstone, clutching her talon closely to her chest.
Aphono appeared from the alleyway, his appearance normal once again. “My Queen, I need to speak to you. Right away.”
"Oh. Oh goodness, there are more of them. There are More. Of. Them." She whispered in mock shock.

Tawny didn't wait to ask politely, she just wanted to fix this wound. She took the dragon's head in her talons and carefully turned her head until she could see the wound. She frowned and glanced around. "Gosh, I don't even have my medical pack here, just a few things in my bag." she muttered reaching behind her to pull some leaves from a bag slung over her shoulder. "These will help with the bleeding and pain." she told the dragon as she placed some leaves on the cut. "Can I see your talon?" she asked.

Venom snorted at Aloe’s reaction, already annoyed at the odd looks and whispers she was getting on Pyrrhia.
She turned her back to them, entirely uninterested if these random dragons overheard her and Aphono. She met him a few paces away. “What is it?” She asked h the brown and black dragon tensely.

Ruewen dove down, landing softly between Leif and Fae. "Hi, buddy." He nodded towards Leif, his bracelets jingling.
Leif inhaled sharply, giving Ruewen a dangerous glare. "Who are you, SkyWing?"
"They, uhh, call me Ruewen."
"And you work for Fae?"
The SkyWing shrugged. "Firstly, I'd never work for someone, they just work with me- and, if I did work for her, I'd be working with her. Which- um, yeah. I worked with her."
Leif snarled, ice crawling up his throat.
Ruewen jumped back, tripping over himself as he shook his head wildly. "No- pal, no." He pointed a stern talon at Leif as the IceWing pursued him. Ruewen backed against a wall, making short, disconnected excuses.
Leif pinned the SkyWing, growling as steam clouded around his face.
"Wait- wait." Ruewen ordered, "I don't- I didn't work with her."
"False." Leif coughed.
Ruewen clicked his tounge. "Yes-" He admitted, "but I don't work with her."
Leif gagged on the ice, allowing it to dissipate for a moment, "True."
"Hah, lie detector, try this, I'm a good guy."
"Said. Every. Bad. Guy."
The pressure on Ruewen's rib cage and neck increased as Leif's massive talon shoved him harder into the wall.
"Leif." Ruewen whispered, wincing as the IceWing pushed even harder. "Take it somewhere else. I worked with her. Take me out if you need to. Not them. Don't kill all these dragons. Don't destroy their homes. Don't be..." The SkyWing lowered his voice, forcing Leif to lean towards him in order to hear. "Don't be the bad guy."

Leif hissed, throwing his weight into the SkyWing. Something cracked. He felt it.
But Leif didn't kill him. He didn't want to kill him. Instead, Leif turned towards Fae.
She held his gaze, slowly raising her talon and showing him the golden chain from the library.

Aphono edged closer, so his snout was beside her ear. “Fae has something, something dangerous that She doesn’t want you to know about. I’m not sure what it is. It’s a vial of liquid of some kind.” He whispered

Aloe blinked hard, feeling lightheaded.
"Wait. Can we wait?" The SandWing heaved a sigh, trying to ignore the aching stabs of groggy pain.
"Thanks, thank you." She nodded towards the SandWing medic.
Aloe squinted at the two strange dragons. "They aumh... They have four eyes right? I'm not making it up or something?"

Aphono edged closer, so his snout was beside her ear. “Fae has something, something dangerous that She doesn’t want you to know about. I’m not sure what it is. It’s a vial of liquid of some kind.” He whispered
“Poison?” She whispered back. “Or some kind of magic stuff..” she mused.

Leif had foolishly dropped the chest.
What an opportunity.

The prince approached Fae, gently taking the gold chain from her talon, holding it for just a moment, then looping it around his wrist, reaching for Fae.
Just before Leif's talon closed around her wrist, Fae shifted into her SkyWing form, blasting a stream of fire towards the chest.

Nothing happened.

Leif stiffened as the chest burned through at an insane speed.
Ruewen coughed to his left from where he lay, his talons tightly pressed against his injured chest. "It's fake." He wheezed, his breaths laced with laughter, "it's all a fake."

Fae closed her eyes, hardly noticing Leif as he slipped the chain around her wrist and they vanished.
