Wings of Fire ~The RP: The Three Continents

Leif narrowed his eyes at her.

Leif sneered, "I repeat, loyalty. As I said, that is all I asked. The choice is really up to you." He stalked closer to her, bristling, "I'll stop it if you wish, but only if you pledge your allegiance to ā€Šme. Not yourself, not the SandWings, not the three moons, ā€Šme. We can take over the world, Raptor. Just you and me, rulers of the universe. Whadda ya say?" He flashed another movie worthy grin, is cocky self beginning to peak through.
Raptor stared for a moment, frozen in thought. It’s already too late, her mind reeled.
He’s already just as bad as Darkstalker, even to the point of becoming king and ruling the world.
ā€œHow’s the world supposed to function with an IceWing as its ruler?ā€ Raptor hissed slowly. ā€œYour losing yourself to your power! Listen to yourself! ā€˜Become king?’ ā€˜Rule the universe?’ Are you MAD? Your becoming a second Darkstalker! All I needed was to become queen, not take over the world? Can’t you see what your doing here?ā€
The SandWing leaned into Leif’s face fearlessly. ā€œI already told you. I. Am. Loyal. To. NO. ONE.ā€

Leif barked a laugh, "I haven't lost my soul, SandWing. This is me." He turned, now facing the doorway, limping on his splinter infested talon, "As you said, you need me to take back the SandWing Kingdom. The choice is completely up to you." Leif tilted his head, glaring at her, "Make a decision. I need to go claim the throne before my tribe loses their minds."

Atlantis immediately began to worry that someone would find him out, expose his secret. He ripped a vine down from a nearby tree and found a seashell with a hole in it, looping the vine through the hole and tying the ends together around his neck, Atlantis reached down and cupped the shell in his talons. ā€œ I enchant this seashell to conceal me from all eyes other then my own and to disappear along with me.ā€ He said as he vanished into thin air. A monkey swung toward him, not expecting to bump into an invisible dragon. But when it did, Atlantis knew his spell had worked. The monkey ran off with a grunt. He hated magic for how precise you had to be, if not precise enough, the spell could backfire and go very wrong.
"When Abyss got farther, he found a pond. It probably came from here. He thought. Then he started to pick up something. He could read a mind. "Hello? Anyone there? I can read a mind"

Raptor glared at the IceWing. ā€œI’ve already given you my answer Leif.ā€ She snarled darkly.
ā€œBut I never said I needed you. Leave.ā€

"Gladly." Leif gave her one last smile and a wink- then disappeared into thin air.

A bitter, howling wind greeted him as the IceWing palace materialized around Leif. He tossed the rock he had enchanted to the ground as he lifted off one of the impressive spires protruding from the castle, soaring towards an icy terrace. Leif gently landed and trotted down a passageway, glad to be back in his palace. What had Darkstalker done? All the special spells to keep his soul in place? Leif crept towards Owl's library, knowing the scroll on Darkstalker must be there. He hated reading. It greatly annoyed him when it took nearly five minutes to find the scroll and once he had found it, Leif hunched over the yellowed worn parchment in a frosty corner, his eyes scanning the page, daydreaming about fifty percent of the time. He copied each and every protection spell he could find. Gravely laughter filled his throat as he sauntered out of the library, ducking his head under the doorway. There was a clattering sound from ahead and Leif's head jerked up, squinting through the dismal blue light. A dragon's outline appeared, slowly becoming recognizable. "Commander." Leif greeted with a grin. The IceWing took a surprised step back. "What- how... Leif?" "King Leif, actually. Well, probably give it, like, three or so more minutes and then, yeah. King Leif." He smiled. The commander shook his head slowly, taking another step back. Leif rolled his eyes and brushed past the shocked IceWing. Suddenly a spear flew past him. Leif stopped and slowly turned. The commander shook his head, "Not- wasn't, uh, me." He pointed down the hallway. Leif let out a strangled sigh. "How could that now have been you? You're literally standing right-" Then he realized. "Oh. AH!" Leif charged through the palace, his burly form smashing into the walls and ceiling. It didn't hurt. His scales were impenetrable. But gosh was it annoying being so massive.

(@Chikyboy, there's an animus enchanted spear heading straight for Owl. You'll have to RP for her. She's your dragon, right? I can't keep them straight anymore :/ )

Raptor called the guards back inside muttering; ā€œI thought you guys would never set off that dragonflame cacti.ā€ She nodded to them. ā€œYou guys heard what went down in there, ye?ā€ They nodded.
The SandWing leader growled. ā€œSo I picked him up in the Ice kingdom. Looks like we’ve got another Darkstalker on our hands. I know he can’t be ignored for long, but he’s not my problem right now. We’ll take the kingdom of Sand tomorrow. Is everything ready? Serval?ā€ The rather muscular scarred SandWing nodded his head. Serval had been Raptor’s extremely helpful right hand during the whole operation.
ā€œSo. No tricks.ā€ Raptor went on.
ā€œYou’ve all seen what the Eye of Onyx can do. Five years ago to be exact.ā€ The assembled guards nodded and winced.
ā€œGood.ā€ The cunning dragon said.
ā€œWe leave tomorrow.ā€

Reva heaved a sigh, "You're the one following me, IceWing. And why you ran away totally does matter. What are you a spy? What's Owl up to? You're awful young and stup-... Young, to be flying around Pyrrhia alone." Reva continued flying fast and strong, quite exhausted from the previous long flights she had recently endured, but knowing they needed to make good time if they wanted to save the rainforest. The scenery around them slowly shifted into mountains, they peaks glistening with snow.

(Let's say they've been traveling for a while or this conversation will drag on FOREVER 🤣)
Walrus narrowed her eyes at Reva, but didn't say anything else for a while. Studently she swooped downward, finally spotting the beautiful shimmering palace. She turned around and whispered to Reva, "Become invisible," and landed in front of the palace guards.
"I need to see Queen Owl right now." She said to them.
They looked at each other, and after a moment, said, "She should be somewhere in the palace."
Hoping Reva was behind her, she passed the guards and started searching for the queen. Right as she was about to lift off the ground, a sharp spear whizzed by her, making her jump aside. "What in the world!?" Walrus yelled, blinking at it.
A flying spear? That didn't sound right.
Something told her to follow it, so, forgetting about Reva, she flew after it.
