(Thanks for asking, but I'm not that familiar with dragons, so I'd be absolutely clueless on how to even play with one.

"Yes." She answered vaguely, locking eyes with her sister. She watched her awkwardly for a minute, then turned away again. "Unfortunately, I have terrible news." Reva admitted, taking a step forward, slowly scraping her talons across the marble terrace. "There's a fire. In the rainforest." She eyed Blackflower, waiting for a reaction. "We aren't sure who or what set it, but it's spreading quite rapidly, towards the RainWing kingdom."


(@Blue Raptor, what if Brightscales sent Reva to ask Blackflower if she could send the weaker RainWings (the young and old) to the Night Kingdom temporarily for their safety?)

Blackflower looked startled. “Brightscales knows about this, right?” She said, hoping Reva didn’t spot the fire then leave.

 

[Blue Raptor]

Name: Leif
Gender: Male
Age: 11
Tribe: SkyWing
Physical appearance: Typical SkyWing, darker shades of red. Has fire scales.
Personality: Dangerous; Hard to predict; has power and he knows it;
Backstory: Left the SkyWing kingdom to explore Pyrrhia; He is an Animus dragon, but has trouble enchanting anything due to his fire scales.

Just one thing before Chiky or I accept it..
Animus powers are inherited through blood, or given to them by another animus (which rarely happens, cause it’s like a threat to their power.).
In Wings of Fire, there are no more SkyWing animuses left- they were all killed.
There are animus dragons in the SandWing, SeaWing and IceWing Tribes.
However, there was one animus dragon, Jerboa III, that broke animus magic. The spell only broke the magic of the current living animus dragons, so I’m pretty sure dragons nowadays can cast spells.
Also, deformed or different SkyWings are usually killed, so I don’t think Leif would be allowed to live if he had firescales.

All you need to do is change the species of Leif.

Raptor is already leaning that direction- I just haven’t revealed her plan.

Backstory: Remains loyal to the IceWing kingdom but his actions towards the Queen are becoming questionable; He is an Animus dragon; Longs for power;

(@Blue Raptor, how's that? Raptor's with the IceWings right now, right? What if they meet each other there and Leif becomes a bad guy with her?)

"Of course." Reva spat, looking offended, a deep green flooding through her scales. She was terrible at hiding her disgust, but she also just didn't care. "In fact," Reva continued, "she sent me here to ask you something." She paused, trying to remember how the RainWing Queen had worded the question. "Queen Brightscales has asked if you would be willing to allow her young and old to stay in the Night Kingdom whilst they get the fire under control." Reva looked up to at Blackflower tensely, awaiting an answer.
