Wings of Fire ~The RP: The Three Continents

Aphono nodded once, setting his face to an emotionless state. “I am sorry, my Queen. It is simply my nature to question all paths I walk down.” He said sincerely.
“I shall tell the soldiers of our plans?” He asked, and when she agreed he strode through the large doors and into the Webbed Palace.

After notifying the guards and soldiers of the plans, Aphono went down to the central town in the middle of their territory. Swooping low over the dry shrubbery and landing in the backyard of his family’s home, a giant silken cocoon attached to the side of a couple of large redwood trees with openings on all floors, It was partially built into the root system of the tree. A wiry young Webwing played in the dry grass outside, his head popping out of the grass as Aphono landed.
“Aphono!”
“Wolf!”
They both hugged tightly, Aphono rubbed his younger brothers head and smiled down at him. He hadn’t yet grown out his wings, so only stubs sprouted from his back. He was black with a light brown color everywhere else. “I’ve missed you Wolfy, how’s mum and dad?” he asked enthusiastically.
“They’re good! Dad got promoted to captain!” Wolf said excitedly while Aphono held back a groan. A Captain of the soldiers, the soldiers that were about to go to war.
“And how’s Celene?” He asked instead.
“She’s good, doesn’t come around much now that she’s ~iN LoVe~.” Wolf said in a goofy voice with a face that matched.
Aphono chuckled, Drone was Celenes new partner, something he was jealous of. He could never find a dragon that suited him like she’d found one for her.
Two pairs of four eyes suddenly Peered out at them from the same bushes wolf had hidden in.
(Fixed an error above lol)

Only seconds later, two skinny dragonets burst forth from the growth of brush. Scrambling up Aphonos legs, one sat atop his shoulders and the other on his head. “Webster, Huntir! I’ve missed you two! Wow, looks like you’ve grown since I last saw you!” Aphono hugged his siblings gently, scooping the dragonets up and walking inside with them. He heard all about how everyone thought he was dead and how he’d missed the Dance of the Lights festival and how a storm had wiped out half of the farmland the tribe had. News, news, news.
After catching up with everyone about the latest events Aphono went to his Web. (Room, for anyone who hadn’t guessed) his gold and ruby spider shaped necklace had been damaged and dirtied on his trip so he sat at a desk on the far side of his Web and began to polish it clean. While doing so he thought about the future, of his tribe and the others. The mineralwings would be attacked soon and he couldn’t stop it, he didn’t know why he felt pity for them. He should be as used to the idea of wiping them out as everyone else.
Queen Emerald cared so much abt her young, why did they have to die? And Quartz, he was kind and generous, why him as well?
He steeled his mind, refusing to think about such things any longer. Instead he put his necklace back around his neck, it bumped his chest with a small thud and gleamed brightly in the moonlight.

"The table?" Frost guessed with a glare. "Yes. We burnt it to keep the cattle from freezing once the Barns was snowed in. They froze anyway and we lost quite a few dragonets because of it."
"That's it, Leif. The rest are dying dragonets and their mothers, desperately trying to find food."
"Two weeks. The palace stores do not have enough food to support the four hundred hundred dragons we started with." Frost growled,
Um.. 🙋‍♀️

Aloe poked Gila in the shoulder. "Why would you give that to an IceWing, dunder-head?" She snorted, "Yes. Penguin. They have stupid names like that. Maybe, ah, Frostbite? Blizzard? Walrus?"
“Wait.” He said suddenly. “Could IceWings use the Obsidian Mirror?? No, probably not. Theyd make a mess. Sorry, got off topic. IceWing names. Uhh… Penguin??”
“No.” Raptor said, staring at the two with an annoyed and bored look. “They’d need smoke from firebreath to activate it.” She tossed the Mirror to Aloe. “You two start guessing. I’m not sitting around and spewing weird snow dragon names all day.”

*focuses* It’s now night in Parsealia, morning in Pantala, day in Pyrrhia. Kay, got it. 👍

Cicada sighed, and yawned, laying on her bed. She blinked her eyes at the sun began rising and shone with a reddish hue through her window into her eyes.
She began to sit up but then slumped back down, her wings drooping when she remembered yesterday’s and the day before that’s events. Her mother, Queen Pollen, had grounded her last night when she’d arrived back at Yellowjacket Hive. No library, no outside, no Glitterbazar, no flying to other hives, and no hunting.
She grumbled, but she assumed she’d deserved it, though she wouldn’t admit that to herself.

“No.” Raptor said, staring at the two with an annoyed and bored look. “They’d need smoke from firebreath to activate it.” She tossed the Mirror to Aloe. “You two start guessing. I’m not sitting around and spewing weird snow dragon names all day.”
Gila poked Aloe. “Hail?” He suggested. “Sleet? Glacier?”
