@Chikyboy , @KiwiAndPeachThePigeons123 was RPing Gila for you.. do you want to take him back over or is she alright for now?"Dhu." Aloe snatched a nearby scroll, fumbling through the bookshelf for a pen, but only succeeded in sending an inkwell careening off the shelf. It promptly shattered, splattering ink on both her and Gila. "Well, shoot." She raised her right talon, displaying the feather proudly. "Ight. Say some names."
Fae stalked through the IceWing palace, her talons clicking against the stone and echoing through the frosty corridors. The Kingdom was a desolate wasteland, snow and ice coating everything. Questions flooded through her mind.
Fae sauntered down the stairwell, lurching back in surprise as a pair of IceWing soldiers emerged from the shadowed gloom, spears in their talons.
"Hello there." Fae half smiled, quickly regaining her composure, then continued down the stairs, pushing past the guards.
"NO, no wait, you can't,"
"I most certainly can." Fae growled. "I am your Queen, am I not?"
The soldiers followed closely beside her, trying to recognize the dragon. "Are you... Are you Fae?"
Fae arched her brow, giving the IceWing a critical expression. "Does Queen Owl have any other surviving daughters? I think not." Fae cleared her throat. "Where is everyone? What happened?"
One of the guards shook her head, "A storm like we have never seen before swept through. Two weeks of this. We need help. We're down an entire army. It's me, North, and General Frost, really. The only dragons with any experience. The rest are mums and their dragonets. No food either-"
Fae lifted a talon for silence. "Frost? Frost is alive?"
The other guard, North, ignored the question. "Are you here for Leif? We didn't kill him. General Frost says you would eat him alive if he killed Leif."
"Yes. I would. And I still might if Leif is the drugged mess I predict he will be."
The guards shared a nervous glance.
Fae growled. "Take me to Leif."
Atlantis flew for hours, a straight shot back to the Sea was hard on him but worth it. He felt as if his entire life had been tipped upside down, everything he’d hidden was out in the open, his Queen he’d sworn to protect was dead, his family might not even be alive. He had to find them and flying there would take too long, He decided. Swooping low to the ground and dragging his talons through the gravely soil he scooped up a few rocks. choosing the best one He magicked it into a broad, flat stone and said the following in a low voice. “I enchant this stone to transport me to wherever I ask to be taken to instantly.” he finished and hoped it would work. “Take me to the Kingdom of The Sea.” He said, barely getting the last word out before a black inky void opened up around him and pulled him through the open sky into nothingness. He felt as if his scales had been turned inside out momentarily before feeling the cool rush of ocean water slithering beneath his scales and into his gills. He was home. And thankfully not stuck inside a wall, something he thought about too late. Be more specific next time just in case he told himself.
The Deep palace was a wreck, it had never been attacked like this, except a small civil war long ago.
He wondered if the summer palace had been attacked as well.
Deepstar had flew out along the coasts, not finding Atlantis. She decided to return home, Pearl needed her right now and so did her siblings.
(Fixed an error above lol)
Only seconds later, two skinny dragonets burst forth from the growth of brush. Scrambling up Aphonos legs, one sat atop his shoulders and the other on his head. “Webster, Huntir! I’ve missed you two! Wow, looks like you’ve grown since I last saw you!” Aphono hugged his siblings gently, scooping the dragonets up and walking inside with them. He heard all about how everyone thought he was dead and how he’d missed the Dance of the Lights festival and how a storm had wiped out half of the farmland the tribe had. News, news, news.
After catching up with everyone about the latest events Aphono went to his Web. (Room, for anyone who hadn’t guessed) his gold and ruby spider shaped necklace had been damaged and dirtied on his trip so he sat at a desk on the far side of his Web and began to polish it clean. While doing so he thought about the future, of his tribe and the others. The mineralwings would be attacked soon and he couldn’t stop it, he didn’t know why he felt pity for them. He should be as used to the idea of wiping them out as everyone else.
Queen Emerald cared so much abt her young, why did they have to die? And Quartz, he was kind and generous, why him as well?
He steeled his mind, refusing to think about such things any longer. Instead he put his necklace back around his neck, it bumped his chest with a small thud and gleamed brightly in the moonlight.
*focuses* It’s now night in Parsealia, morning in Pantala, day in Pyrrhia. Kay, got it.
Cicada sighed, and yawned, laying on her bed. She blinked her eyes at the sun began rising and shone with a reddish hue through her window into her eyes.
She began to sit up but then slumped back down, her wings drooping when she remembered yesterday’s and the day before that’s events. Her mother, Queen Pollen, had grounded her last night when she’d arrived back at Yellowjacket Hive. No library, no outside, no Glitterbazar, no flying to other hives, and no hunting.
She grumbled, but she assumed she’d deserved it, though she wouldn’t admit that to herself.
Leif blinked hard, the room slowly coming into focus. He tried to sit up, but a painful tingling shot up through his muscles, and he quickly froze, waiting for the disturbing sensation to pass.
Frost watched him from the doorway, his expression an exhausted glare.
"Goooddd morrrrning." Leif whispered, swallowing painfully.
Frost snorted, stalking into the room. "For you, I think not."
Leif tried to sit up again, his muscles suddenly seizing up painfully.
"Don't move, idiot." Frost snapped.
"Goooddd iddddea."
"Do you know where you are?"
"Nno."
Frost arched his brow, giving the Prince a critical expression.
"I ddo nott knnow," Leif started, his words slurring together, "whyy you th-think drrruggs and poison cann stopp me f-from kl," he swallowed again, "killingg y-"
"Your Animus magic will not work. Just try, Leif." Frost challenged with an amused expression.
It didn't work. Leif tensed, his muscles spasming again. "Wwhat did you do to me?"
Frost sighed, looking bored. "You're in Owl's meeting room. '...So that no Animus magic can affect the room, hiding it's occupants from all magic.'" Frost recited the end of the spell with a shrug.
"Oh. Itt lookks di- dif- different with-thoutt,"
"The table?" Frost guessed with a glare. "Yes. We burnt it to keep the cattle from freezing once the Barns was snowed in. They froze anyway and we lost quite a few dragonets because of it."
Ooh. That was a sacred table. Whoever led that excursion was most definitely cursed. And obviously desperate.
Leif kept his eyes locked on Frost. "Wwhat. Hhhappppened?"
Frost watched Leif with a look of disgust. "To us?" He inquired with a hiss. "To your tribe? You lied to us, Leif. You lead us in blind fury to the SeaWings. You allowed your stupid SandWing allies to destroy the remains of our army. I am what's left!" Frost hissed. "I AM the remaining General. I have two recruits Echo and North." He motioned towards the doorway with his head and two dragons hesitantly peeked in the room, nervously. "That's it, Leif. The rest are dying dragonets and their mothers, desperately trying to find food." Frost closed the space between himself and Leif, leaning down and hissing in the Prince's ear, "A storm unlike any other has ripped through the Kingdom. We've been down in the lowest floors of the palace, trying to wait it out. Winds strong enough to blow any dragon off course. You arrived just as things settled down."
"Hhow manny daysss?"
"Two weeks. The palace stores do not have enough food to support the four hundred hundred dragons we started with." Frost growled, stepping back, towering over Leif much like Leif has done with other dragons in the past.
Leif took a careful, deep breath, exhaling slowly before whispering, "Wwhy did you not kill me?"
Frost straightened, glancing at the door way. "Are you kidding? Fae would disembowel me if I killed her pet."
Leif gave his cousin an amused smile. "Yesss. Yes she wwould."
"But also, you are an Animus,"
"Wwoah, Sher- Sherlock."
"And we are desperate."
Leif arched his brow, painfully swiveling a talon to point to himself, "Yyou want my hhhelp?"
"We are desperate." Frost repeated.
Leif grinned. "Yes. Yes you are."
("You must be truly desperate to come to me for help." Loki quotes jus partying round my brain. I didn't even mean to do it :/)

The Leafwing sighed, happy that he was FINALLY going back to someplace less WEIRD and more normal, for talon's sake. He'd had enough of this ridiculous continent and all its crazy dragons. He laughed a little, thinking about everything that had happened.
As he approached the freezing/thawing point between the Sand and the Ice kingdoms, he saw it. A large boulder in the middle of a rock field, similar-looking to the one on Pantala. *Aha!* He thought, rather triumphantly. *There's my ticket outta here.*
Cyprus flapped down to the ground as he examined the ground next to the rock closely. "Where are you, where are youuu..." he muttered as he looked for the tunnel. By this time he'd made it all the way around the boulder. Nothing.
Frustrated and confused, the green dragon stopped. This HAD to be it. That was obvious. But where was that stinkin' tunnel? He shook his head and took a step backwards.
"AUUUUGGGGHHHH!!!" Cyprus yelled as he suddenly fell backwards down a long shaft and impacted the bottom with a hard thud.
"HOW do you keep DOING ThAT?!!" He screamed, not sure whether to cry or laugh. This was ridiculous.
"Whatever." He grumped as he picked up his satchel and started trotting down the passageway. "Stupid tunnel."
You still planning on going with this Matty? ^(I have a plan for ‘tomorrow’ so don’t rp running into the queen)
