Wings of Fire ~The RP: The Three Continents

“Of course.” Venom said, lifting her head slightly higher. “Whatever interesting things there are to see here; the throne room, the veiw, etcetera. Perhaps a map to look at.”
She glanced a look at the SeaWing Royal Guard, looking them up and down. They looked far less fearsome then her soldiers, she barred her teeth proudly.
The WebWing queen suddenly lunged towards them with a hiss, opening her four eyes wide and flaring her wings to which most of the guard winced away from or jumped in surprise.
Venom laughed and slid back, turning her back on the startled and embarrassed guard.
“Let’s go now, Fae, shall we?” She chuckled. “I shouldn’t be gone from my tribe too long.”
Fae inhaled sharply, shivering as a thrill of fear shot down her spine. She swalled hard, cocking her head and giving Venom a look of warning.
She stole a glance at Leif, who's talons were raised, his eyes wide in mock seriousness. He gave Fae a funny, worried look, and she quickly turned back to Venom, not bothering to keep her glare from sneaking into her expression.
"I would appreciate maturity,  Venom." She snapped with a hard eye roll.

Leif could practically feel Fae's emotions, a mixture of annoyance, mockery, and a protective anger. Venom had startled her. Now she had competition. Fae wasn't the only unpredictable, cunning Queen.
Fae had competition.

The SeaWing Queen stalked further into the library, retrieving a scroll from one of the shelves. For a moment she considering throwing it at Venom, but she quickly hid the intrusive thought, covering it with a forced smile. She shoved the scroll towards Venom. "Map. Tell me where you want to go. Have you a desert in your ridi-" she took a heavy breath, "in your continent?"

Venom took her talon back and stepped away from the group, glancing all around.
The Summer Palace was enclosed, but still felt open. The smell of salty water filled the air, and a leafy green shadow speckled the east wall. It reminded Venom of the Light Kingdom.
“Very impressive.” She remarked, looking up at the ceiling and spiraling stone columns holding the whole pavilion up.

"It is." Fae agreed proudly. "Tell me, Venom, dear, what do you wish to see? We may explore the area, but I want both my and your guards on full alert. Precautions, darling, I'd hate for anything to... Happen."

Aphono followed in awe, though he tried very well to hide it. It was beautiful, far more intricate than anything he’d seen before, but his heart still loved the beautiful woven palace of webs he called home. He felt odd stares from the soldiers and servants, like he was some sort of outlandish freak to be feared, it made him grin. Being feared was a great achievement, every Webwing knew that, especially Queen Venom after the stunt she pulled.
Aphono smiled kindly toward a very dark blue dragon who looked as if she didn’t belong. Her wings had…stars…as best he could tell, all over them that wouldn’t stop glowing a beautiful cyan blue. He knew she must be from a different tribe, but she had …what were they called….Seawing, features about her.

@Bakbuk

Scrollreader was flying over the Mud Kingdom to take in the sights. He could see the diamond spray delta in the distance. Glancing down, he spotted a MudWing flying low below him. Suspicious, he swooped down to see what the brown dragon was doing . B

Here, @Blue Raptor, Fae asked Venom a question.

“A desert?” Venom said, squinting at the map. “The closest thing we have to a desert is our kingdom, which is mostly flat scrublands and mountains. We mostly-” she cut herself off. “Unless you count the LightWings, who live in the bay. That’s a beach though, not a desert.”

Venom snorted, grinning.

"Fine then," Fae agreed shortly, "if you wish to see the desert, then let us lead you there. I do not rule the sand, but the SandWing's are no match for me and my... Advisor. You also have incredible abilities. Ones that far outmatch anything we have on Pyrrhia. I do not believe we need to be concerned regarding our well-being."

“Very well.” Venom said, looking up. “Shall we go now?”
