Wings of Fire ~The RP: The Three Continents

Nikki was blushing, but not Pyla. "How do I know that I can trust you? It is obvious that you can trust us, because of little bigmouth here who tells you everything." Nikki gave Pyla a little hurt look.
"I only told him because I trusted him." Nikki argued.
"Oh Nikki! Ugh! So, Nightwing, why can we trust you?" Pyla glared, trying to make him stop chuckling with her dirty looks.
“Actually I can’t really trust either o’ you two. We were just attacked by a bunch o’ Icewings and Sandwings, I’m not trusting anyone for awhile. Why are you with Pyla, Nikki? Are you with the rainwing refugees?” He asked,
Avoiding Pylas questions.

Pyla was sure that she would die now. He was avoiding her questions, and asking Pyla more! Pyla noticed, that all of a sudden, Nikki turned deep blue. Pyla also noticed a tear trickling down her cheek. What was happening? Pyla had never seen Nikki like this before. It was almost like, like Pyla felt empathy for her. One tear followed another, down Nikki's cheek. She was silent, though. Pyla stayed silent too, for this confused her.

(Psst, there was a fire in the Rainforest kingdom recently too, and they took refuge in the Night Kingdom. They’re back now, just an fyi)

A million scenarios played out in Mavros’s mind, maybe this little rainwing lost its parents or something awful. “Oh…err, sorry lil fella. You alroight?” He asked gently.

The guards moved in from of Cyprus warily, blocking his path.
“What do you need?” One asked in a firm tone.
"I would like to speak directly to the guards that were on duty on the day of the late Queen Acacia's (He dipped his head in a gesture of respect and honor) passing. Are any of them available? This is an important matter."

The guards glanced at each other a moment before one turned and pointed towards the guard’s quarters. “They’re with the others.” He said gruffly. “Careful what you say though, many of them feel guilty for letting Queen Acacia, rest in peace, fly off without a guard.”

"Understood." The Leafwing nodded a sharp salute to the guards before walking off towards the buildings.
