Wings of Fire ~The RP: The Three Continents

Aphono walked around the group to the otherside, stopping beside Poseidon. They had formed a friendship on the long journey to the scorpion den, one Aphono hoped to use to his advantage.
“Poseidon, my new friend, won’t you tell me why your queen has brought us here? Is it a trap? A scheme? She…she’s hiding something, even from you.” Aphono said in a quite voice with a trusting tone. Poseidon gave a nervous chuckle, looking around and stepping back once. “Honestly, Aphono I don’t know anything, she’s only been our queen for maybe a week or two. I don’t even know where she came from before that. I’m sorry I can’t help you.” He said nervously, as if any slip up might cause his death.
Aphono smiled, he knew this dragon was loyal but to whom he hadn’t found out yet. If someone had threatened him or even just asked like he had for information, he wouldn’t have given them any.
“Of course, just be wary.”
Venom leaned closer to Poseidon, narrowing her eyes. “You should be careful who your new ‘queen’ is loyal to.” She said warningly, the backed up. “Because obviously it’s not you water dragons.”

"Um." Tawny started, should she tell Aloe? She seemed nice but could she keep a secret? "Well, I live in a hut by the ocean with my brother." she mumbled scrambling to catch up with Aloe. "Well, I did." she corrected herself. "I don't think you should be moving this fast with your talon like that." she called ahead.
Aloe pushed her way towards the group of SkyWings, a couple glancing up and recognizing her.
"JUST back off, lunatic." Ruewen gasped.
From what Aloe could see, Ruewen was standing, but he did not sound well.
"What HAppened?!" Aloe demanded, her voice cracking stupidly as she motioned the SkyWing guards back.
"Oh dear." Ruewen mumbled, his gaze trained on the ground as he breathed quite heavily.
The SandWing Princess looked around quickly, then turned back to Ruewen. "Rue, where are Leif and Fae?"
"Gone, gone," he waved a careless talon towards her, then staggered. "I- whew, boy." He breathed through his teeth, then jerked his gaze towards Aloe. "I sent them away. The guy was, uhh, flaming mad. You know. Rather him just-.. just take out Fae then.. ughh- then all these dragons." He leaned against a small building, shaking sand out of his rigid wings awkwardly.
"You got hurt." Aloe decided.
"I, uh... I got hurt." Ruewen agreed.
"Well, golly gee, it's your luuucky day, buddy 'ol pal." Aloe hobbled to the side, motioning towards Tawny with her wing.
"No- gosh," Ruewen scoffed, shaking his head and dropping Aloe's gaze, "I need to get back to the-"
"Where are you hurt?" Aloe demanded. "My gal Tawny will halp you, bro."

Tawny ducked her head shyly, it was usually her reaction to meeting new dragons. She waved politely and waited for the dragon to show her where he was hurt.

Ruewen wanted to argue, but Aloe was dead serious and GOSH his chest hurt.
"Okay, then. I believe I fractured a rib or something." He gave Tawny an arrogant look, rolling his eyes as he slouched against the wall, exposing his already bruising chest.

Tawny frowned, she didn't really want to help the stubborn dragon but she wanted to help Aloe, which probably meant helping him. She walked over to him silently without looking him in the eye and examined the bruising. She poked his chest in multiple places watching his reaction to determine which rib it was. "Well, there isn't really anything I can do for you right now, but I can give you something for the pain." she sighed finally glaring at him. Rummaging through her bag she pulled out a jar of leaves, "These willow leaves will help with pain." she said shoving them into his talons.

"Oh. Oh my. Your doctor is prescribing sticks, Aloe. I am most impressed."
"Shut up. I need to get back to the Stronghold." Aloe turned to Tawny. "Want to come? You seem interesting. And I want to pay you. If I take Ruewen's money he'll hold it against me."
Ruewen clicked his tounge, nodding, "I most certainly would."
Aloe gave the SkyWing a funny look then nodded. He nodded in return, and the Princess turned her back to Ruewen, her full attention now on Tawny. "So, would you want to come to the Stronghold? We could hangout. I'm down for anything, bro. I'll be back here in a couple days anyway."

Tawny hesitated, she really wanted to go with Aloe but this other dragon didn't seem to like her. Finally she nodded, "I would definitely like to come, a few days break would certainly do me good." She then turned to the Skywing frowning, "I don't prescribe sticks, it is a splint." she corrected him before her face went back to its gentle calm expression it always had.

"It's fine, it's fine." Ruewen rolled his eyes, slowly easing to his feet. "I'll just take care of it later. Your doctor, uhh, sucks, Aloe-"
"Lies."
"and I will see you  later."
"Facts."
Ruewen shook his head slowly, slipping behind one of his SkyWing guards and walking down the street very, veeerrrry slowly.

"Let's go. Don't listen to wut my guy just said, he's hurt and... Just screwed some things up back there." Aloe sighed. "I need to talk to Raptor."
She quicky lifted into the sky. "Okey, lezzgo!!"

Tawny smiled and launched into the sky to follow Aloe. She closed her eyes as she felt the sand fall from her wings and talons and the warm sunshine and wind surrounded her. "What did he screw up? Or am I not supposed to know?" Tawny asked turned towards Aloe.
