Wings on legs?

I have this 2.5 week old chick, Orlock, that looks like it has wings growing out of its legs. It looks cool on this tiny chick with it already having feathered feet! I don't know what this chick is mixed with but it is tiny.
I also posted a pic of it at 2 days old.

So cute!! I believe they are called vulture hocks which are common in some feather leg breeds.

He? is almost 8 weeks now. Here is an updated picture. There are the prettiest iridescent green/blue feathers most visible when it is sunny. Not sure what mix he is but very pretty! There is a white feather on each of his feet hidden amongst the black feathers. I love the accents.

That's pretty cool. I've never seen one with so many thick feathers on the legs. Those boots are made for walking!
