wings spread out walking backwards ?

I got a polish sultan 7wk chicken yesterday and today she is not eating, laying with her wings out and will only scoot backwards a few "steps" does anyone know what's going on or if there's anything I can do?

Update, she seems good today, maybe just lonely?

Check around her neck, wings, and legs for strings.
Also, if she's wearing a hen apron, it could take a while for her to walk around normally.
